Start your week right with this “quickie” Barre Fitness class which is perfect for runners or those stuck at a desk all day.
A low impact, full body workout with an emphasis on improving tone, flexibility and posture. Barre is a mixture of Ballet, Pilates and Yoga: exercises take place at the Barre and on the mat for isometric strength training combined with high reps of small movements. If you know the Barre burn, you’ll know! We love music and our eclectic playlist will put a smile on your face despite the shakey legs!
