A low impact, full body workout, with an emphasis on improving posture, flexibility and tone designed to help you achieve that long and lean dancers’ figure. A mixture of Ballet, Pilates and Yoga you can expect to be at the Barre and on the mat for isometric strength training combined with high reps of small movements. If you know the Barre burn, you’ll know! We love music and our eclectic playlist will put a smile on your face despite the shakey legs!
